To be perfectly honest, I did not have a chance to assemble this kit prior to compiling this article, this is a brand new kit for DeWayne and he sent one out to me ASAP so I could feature it in this month's article. Assembly wise I cant give you a honest answer about how it went together, but if its like all of the other HCM kits, Its a very well designed kit.
The sled has many nice features... the biggest being the fact that you can change it from "Pulling Sled Mode" to the trailer mode for hauling it to your next tractor pull. It also incorporates a sliding weight box and many other details.
As with any Kit you have the opportunity to make this your very own creation. Add a little here, change a little there and presto, you got a totally unique model. Which in my opinion is a great thing.
Its hard for me to give a great deal of feedback in this review, but I think that the quality, innovation, pricing and features all make this a must have. As I mentioned above, you can use this model to make an "off the shelf" version or go all out and just use this as a base model for your custom creation.
