There are a lot of dump carts used in central Wisconsin on the sweet corn, green bean, carrot, and pea harvesting crews. It is rare to come across a tractor in that area that doesn’t have an old truck tire, and “pusher” frame mounted to the front of it. The cart tractors often will be used to assist with the forward motion of the loaded trucks, stuck trucks, or stuck harvesters.
It would be nice some day to add the other 4 harvesters, as well as the other tractor and cart. Here is a picture of a bean harvest crew in Wisconsin.
The green beans are being dumped into two end dump semi trailers that have been contracted by the canning company for the harvest season.
