AGCO 2005 Calendar by Gordy Schultz
2005 AGCO Calendar |
|
AGCO has a great new calendar out at dealers for 2005. The calendar highlights AGCO tractors, Gleaner Combines and Hesston Equipment. It is a 13 month calendar, from December 2004 to December 2005. AGCO highlights its key new products.
Innovation is what AGCO is all about. While the AGCO tractor brand may be new, it carries a heritage as old as mechanized agriculture. Its ancestors include Allis Chalmers, Oliver, Minneapolis-Moline, White and others. AGCO ancestors have a history of innovation and early adoption that continues today. Power, innovation, versatility and operator comfort all come together in award winning AGCO tractors. The result is greater productivity whether rip-tilling a cornfield or mowing a big backyard. After all, it's not just a matter of power. It's applying the right level of power to the job. With AGCO, there is a productivity- maximizing tractor available for every job with an engine sized right to efficiently produce the power needed. The AGCO 2005 Calendar hights the AGCO RT, LT,GT and ST tractors. The AGCO RT tractor with its CVT Powershift is prominently shown in the calendar with Glencoe and Hesston implements. Interestingly the big DT tractors are not pictured in the 2005 calendar.
AGCO/Glenco December 2004
AGCO/Hesston April 2005 With more than 800 patents to its credit, Hesston has been the hay and forage innovator since 1955, when the company developed the first commercially available self-propelled windrower. Other industry “firsts” have included the first hydrostatic windrower, the first center-pivot mower-conditioner and the first big rectangular baler—which had nearly 50 individual patents of its own. Today, Hesston continues to lead the way in advanced hay and forage technology, while Hesston dealers are unmatched in their knowledge of the products, their application, and service and parts support. It’s true... Nobody Knows Hay Like Hesston. The calender features Hesston mowers and balers.

Hesston June 2005 For more than 80 years, the GLEANER name has stood for efficient operation, clean harvesting and innovative design. It started back in 1923, when three brothers from Kansas introduced one-man harvesting via the industry’s first self-propelled combine. It continued through the 20th century with innovations, like the first use of electro-hydraulic controls—a feature now standard in the industry. Today, GLEANER combines continue to lead the field in capacity, threshing quality and ease of operation. Our innovation comes from looking at things just a little bit differently, keeping simplicity and productivity top-of-mind in design. The 2005 AGCO Calendar has some great pictures of the R65 and R75 GLEANER combines.
